What do you get when you pair up Japan's grooviest guitarist
and Canada's grooviest guitarist?
You get the "Groove Brothers" tour a night of
great music, stories, FUN !! and acoustic guitar music at
it's grooviest.
In
2004 Masa Sumiide (Japan) and Don
Alder (Vancouver, BC) discussed the
possibilities of touring together. They wanted to create
and evening of incredible acoustic guitar music, to attract
crowds from the Asian and Caucasian communities to share
in a night of cultural diversity and to create a night of
pure FUN. When the two of them toured Japan in 2005 that's
exactly what they did. The show always ended with the crowd
wanting more. Masa and Don have united again to share the
"Groove Brothers" tour with Canadian and Japanese
audiences throughout BC.

タイルギターを代表する２人がバンクーバーを皮切りに、BC 州の12 カ所でジョイントライ
ブを開催することが決まった。2006 年３月にもこの２人のジョイントツアーが日本の８都市
で開催されており、今回は場所をカナダに移してのライブである。
生ギターのサウンド、そして普段なかなか見ることができないパーカッシブなギター奏法
を間近で見る絶好の機会だ。
